Women’s Court – Feminist Approach to Justice
Quarterly report for the period January - March 2012

As before, we are briefly reporting about the activities of Women in Black, regarding the Initiative for the foundation of the Women’s Court for former Yugoslavia (WoC) in the reporting period. At the end of 2010, Initiative Board (IB) members, organisations Žene ženama/Women to Women, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Centar za žene žrtve rata/ Center for Women Victims, of War, Zagreb, Croatia, Centar za Ženske studije/ Center for Women’s Studies, Zagreb, Croatia, Kosova Women’s Network, Prishtina, Kosovo, Anima, Kotor, Montenegro, Centar za ženske studije/Center for Women’s Studies and Zene u crnom/Women in Black, Belgrade, Serbia have started the Initiative for the Women’s Court for former Yugoslavia (WoC).

“Women in Black” is the organisation in charge of implementation of program activities, planned and coordinated by The WoC Initiative Board.

During this reporting period, the following activities were organized:

By the end of 2010, members of the Initiative Board: Women to Women, Sarajevo, (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Center for women`s and peace education Anima, Kotor, (Montenegro), Center for women studies and Center for women war victims, Zagreb, (Croatia), Women`s Kosovo Network, Women studies and Women in Black, Belgrade, (Serbia), initiated organizing of Women`s Court for the ex Yugoslavia.

Women in Black are the bearer of the program activities in organizing the Women's Court, they arrange and coordinate all activities with organizations of which Steering Committee is consisted of
